Between the dates of those statements--1998--and initiation of the Iraq War, Iraq had destroyed those weapons. The lying later was done by Republicans who continued to claim that Iraq had such weapons, despite reliable information to the contrary.
what surprises me is that anyone is surprised. Both sides lie and plot against the tax payer to fill their pockets with our money. The one compliment I can give the Republican voters is they have started cleaning out their politicians.

The war belongs to Democrats. They wanted it and they got it.

Their actions revived the battles in Iraq, started those in Libya and Syria and unleashed the Iranians. Thanks for the fish -- rotten mackerels shining in the moon light.

What information to the contrary? Saddam bragged that he still had them, the UN said he still had them, and he wouldn't allow anyone into the country to check. What did he do with them? Demoslops are so anxious to put their war off on Bush, but they never have proof of their claims. As posted, demoslops wanted the war, they got it, they should "man up" and own it, but of course they won't, they are after all, lying, cheating, anti-American, traitorous POS demoslops.
