Lynn McLean, Psychologist, loses license

I noticed a classified ad today from the State of Alabama notifying the public that Lynn McLean has lost her license to practice psychology in Alabama. She had been operating since November, 2013 under a consent decree for some unstated violation to what would be the state code of ethics. Miss McLean may have again violated the state code of ethics.

A number of mental health counselors in the Shoals area without complete credentials to practice have been supervised by Miss McLean. The cancellation of Miss McLean's state license may affect a number of people obtaining counseling for many reasons, including religious counselors. This could also affect some Family Court cases that Miss McLean may be involved in.
