Lets see how long it takes before Elam deletes this one.
Oh, and if your wondering... it didn't come from us. It came from someome with far more credentials than a Rent-a-Cop.
Sun Aug 22 18:10:26 PDT 2010 "This report is entirely consistent with Pusser's acco**** of the shooting. The mandible shot of entrance being the first gunshot wound which probably spun hath**** around as Pusser fired twice more while recovering or rising from his fall or attempt to evade Hath****'s initial shot at him or subsequent attempt to shoot Pusser again. Crime scene photos showing blood spatter analysis of Hath****'s wounds might prove conclusive if they existed today. A gunshot to Hath****'s mandible at such close range, exiting the back of her skull after she was already on the floor would have undoubtedly left a bullet trajectory hole in the floor beneath Hath****'s head. As a 34 year LEO officer and homicide detective, I see nothing here that would indicate nothing other than a justifiable homicide and no bill by the McNairy county grand jury."
My first response is that you should go read Pusser's own account of the shooting for yourself. He says Louise fired the first shot and it wizzed past his head, but when you look at photos of her room, you see where the bullet she fired went through the window paine at a height of approximately 42 to 46 inches. Pusser was approximatelty 78 inches tall.
Pusser said he fell back on the and Louise stepped over him to fire again but the gun misfired. He stated that he pulled out his weapon and fired striking her in the shoulder.
His second shot he stated was two her torso. Both were back shots.
I am in possession of a recorded interview where even Deputy Peaty Plunk claimed the third shot was to the head. This confirms Pussers statements that the first tow shots were to her body, not her head. The interview was conducted by W.R. Morris. Pusser rarely talked about the third shot and he never mentioned that he shot Louise in the back.
Yes, I can see how the alleged LEO would come to the conclusions that he did especially if he were using information provided by Pusser advocates.
As far as the head shot "spinning" Louise around..., that is TV and movie fantacy. Had the first shot been to her head with the bullet going through her brain, Louise would most likey have dropped like a rock making it almost impossible for Louise to take the steps in the "spin" as you describe.
I can't help but notice that your LEO also fails to mention that the autposy report was never seen by the grand jury. That was a very key piece of evidence. Remove it from the process as they did and you have fully manilpulated the entire investigative process to become whatever you want it to be. You have also manipulated the grand jury into giving you the decision you desire. And it appears that that is exactly what happened.
Now you say that your LEO came to the same conclusion as everyone one else DIRECTLY involved in the investigation, so how do you account for Plunks statements. How do you also account for the color photo of the crime scene that Steve Sweat has of Louise after she has been shot...most agree that the photo was staged. It was litterally hours from the time of the shooting until TBI agents came to investigate..., plenty of time to get your stories straight.
What about the height and trajectory of the shot Louise fired?
So what have you and your LEO really explained?....nothing!
Porky..., you might try actually looking at things yourself rather than repeating what others tell you. They will mislead you and often with intent.
