8 shots with one to the head doesn't sound like self-defense in a confrontation with an unarmed man. Sounds like a statement to squatters and outright murder.

If I'm in a situation where I will have to use my gun to defend myself, I'm going to empty the gun not stop after each shot to check my progress.
What do you do with scum like this? I saw a judge interviewed that said it seemed like everyone was on drugs. I'm beginning to think so too. The scary part is how drug abuse is accepted, and drug abusers are catered to. They are sent to drug treatment programs on the taxpayer's dime, get out of treatment and 're-offend'. Their children are taken and put into a system where taxpayers are forced to pay for their upkeep. This b**** was burned making meth. Her family had the ba**s to place an ad asking for donations for her, saying she was burned in an 'accident'.
She went back to making meth. Who do you suppose paid for her medical bills and surgery? To add insult to injury, we have the push to legalize drugs and drug use, and people are put on trial for killing a meth head that broke into their property. What's the answer?

There's also that video of you skunking around someone's property getting ready to break in. For the ones that argue they 'don't need to kill them', don't you think they, the criminals, don't need to be robbing someone or messing with their property? When things like this happen, where is the outrage against the ones that raised these people and didn't teach them what mad posted, "If you don't want to die for stealing a TV, don't try to steal a TV." Leave other peoples things alone!
Mr. Smith should be given a medal for taking out two thugs. If he did set a trap for them, it was successful. A great way to reduce the crime rate, kill criminals that will reproduce.
