For blacks to claim that they are in such danger from law enforcement, they sure as he**  aren't scared to be where they have NO business being, and engaged in unlawful things. With all that is going on, here she is, pregnant, and out running the streets with her wanted boyfriend. The streets are full of riots, danger and looting, and her pregnant self is right in the middle of it, and him with a warrant. ALL the cops did was give her and baby daddy a HUGE payday. Then her daddy chimes in, "no excuse for what happened to his daughter". Uh, yes there is an excuse daddy, and where were you when your daughter was heading out with her boyfriend to do a little, er, protesting? Why didn't you raise her better so she wouldn't be running those dangerous streets with her wanted boyfriend while she was knocked up? BS on blacks afraid of the cops!!

A pregnant St. Louis woman lost her left eye after a violent run-in with law enforcement earlier this week.

Dornnella Conners says an officer fired a non-lethal bean-bag round at the car she was in – shattering the passenger side window.

Shards of glass bloodied her face and robbed her of sight in her left eye, according to reports.

“I will have justice for what they did to me but I’m happy I’m alive,” she wrote on Facebook on Thanksgiving.

Conners was injured early Tuesday morning shortly after the announcement that Darren Wilson would not be indicted in the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown.

Crowds of demonstrators had taken to the streets to protest what they consider a travesty of justice.

Conners, who was angry about the grand jury’s decision, and her boyfriend, De’Angelas Lee, were parked at a BP gas station on New Halls Ferry Road in St. Louis, just north of Ferguson, KMOV reported.

As her boyfriend started to drive away, she says, several police officers arrived.

“They pulled up while we were coming towards the street, De’Anglas was trying to get away, they blocked us from the side, front and back,” Conners told the CBS affiliate.

That’s when an officer fired the bean bag round because he feared for his safety, police said.

Conners found another officer who could help her get medical attention.

Dornella’s father, Donnell Conners, says he understands that the cops have a difficult job to do but there was no excuse for what happened to his daughter.

“I’m very upset, very disappointed with tactics that they used trying to get control of situation,” he told KMOV. “I understand tough job, I understand that it was chaos, there was no reason to fire upon innocent person sitting in a vehicle.”

Conners says her left eye was so badly damaged that it needed to be removed and reports blurriness in her right eyes but is thankful she can still see the world at all.

Police say they arrested 16 suspects at the station after gunshots were reportedly fired.

Authorities have issued a warrant for Lee’s arrest, according to reports.

Where can I report this story for journalistic malpractice? Michael Walsh, how are you not ASHAMED of yourself for writing this? You omitted the fact that she was at a gas station that was being looted, that gunshots were fired at this gas station, and that her boyfriend (missing, has a warrant for his arrest) was attempting to drive them both through a police barricade. You don't think the public should know these facts to decide what they think of this story? You are a disgrace for writing this and Yahoo is a disgrace for publishing it.

Another case, the 12 year old in Cleveland. Mom and dad didn't know, or care, that their pre-teen son was waving a gun at people. A fake yes, but it had been altered and looked real. Now we will hear once more how the cops just love killing young black men for no reason, but we won't hear anyone ask the parents, "how could you let a 12 year old go out with a realistic looking gun? Why did he even own one? If you didn't know, why not? I mean, didn't you tell him the cops are on every corner just looking for any excuse to gun down young blacks"?

And now, some under reported positive news! Yay for upstanding citizens and the Second Amendment!

Black residents protect white-owned store in Ferguson

FERGUSON, Mo. — Since looting first erupted following the August police shooting of black teenager Michael Brown, nearly all the businesses in a two-square-mile area of this St. Louis suburb have had to board up. All except one — a Conoco gas station and convenience store.

At least a dozen stores have been set ablaze and others looted in Ferguson in racially charged riots since a grand jury on Monday cleared white policeman Darren Wilson in the shooting, which has torn apart this predominantly black Missouri city.

The unrest surrounding Brown’s death has underscored the often-tense nature of U.S. race relations. But the gas station has stood out as a beacon, literally and figuratively, as nightfall has descended and chaos has reigned around it.

On Tuesday night, as police and soldiers took up positions in the parking lots of virtually every strip mall and big box store around it, the forecourt of the brightly lit gas station was busy with customers.

One, a 6-foot-8-inches man named Derrick Jordan — “Stretch,” as friends call him — whisked an AR-15 assault rifle out from a pickup truck parked near the entrance.

It is strange that they wouldn't report blacks standing up to other blacks, or people who agreed with the ruling. They have to make it appear that ALL blacks are of one mind, that being the police murdered the kid, and that the entire world is incensed. Even some folks in England are upset. Yes England, the ***backward country where they couldn't stop a freaking muslim from beheading a military member in broad daylight. No citizen or cop had a gun, poor soldier didn't either.  It's so insane, mobs interfering or trying to interfere with businesses and shoppers in other cities, towns, states. Idiots, the lot.

We're supposed to believe that cops are so anxious to murder young blacks that they will take any opportunity to do it, knowing full well that there will be riots, lawsuits, firings, attacks on innocent people and even murders in retaliations. The cops know they will have to leave their jobs, homes, families sometimes, live in fear for the rest of their lives, but it's still worth it to them to take that tiny little chance they can murder a young black and get away with it. BS!!!
