If you are referring to the widely publicized, sexually-charged phone conversation between Bentley and his inamorata, the recording of that lust-dripping conversation was made by Diane Bentley, the Gov's wife at the time of that particular episode of phone sex.
Don't worry abut deficiencies of evidence. The way things are moving, plenty of that will come forth from, among others, state employees who have long known about the Gov's scandalous behavior, who were formerly fearful of saying anything, but who will be summoned by an impeachment inquiry commission to testify under oath about what they know.
Remember this: "MORAL TURPITUDE" is one of the grounds for impeachment of governors and other high officials in Alabama. This case is saturated with moral turpitude.

What's funny, sad really, is Contendahh, a Democrat, pretending to care about morals. Then he acts insulted when it's pointed out what a hypocrite he is. He must think that he who makes the most threads wins, and that is why he spams the forum with thread after thread on the same subject.
