Presidents and congressmen have been promising the moon to every Tom, Dick, and Harry that could vote for the last forty years. Now we live so far above our means that over the next ten years our plan is just to slow our deficit down. We'll still have a yearly deficit...just not as big. Or at least that's the plan.
