I wonder how come the military was not sent to San Francisco when the AIDS crisis got started? I was in the military but would have a hard time reporting for duty to go and fight something that will kill you and you can't fight back. Now if they went over to shoot everyone who has the disease then that sounds more like a military mission to me.

It is an old Democrat tactic- never let a crisis go to waste. Perhaps he is hoping the soldiers will get infected and bring it home. That would take the heat off of his failed policies
