OK so I get this email that says in the subject line "Now I've seen it all." Following is a newsclipping of a 9/9/10 obituary from a newspaper in Rome, GA. As I read I realized Mr. Donald Charles Unsworth was determined to complete his mission....even from the grave????....

I googled it and found it to be real..I didn't know how to attach the email clip, but search his name and Rome, GA it will come up.

As US Veteran he deserves our respect anyway.
God Bless him for his dedication and service and his family for their loss.

A memorial service will be held Friday at 1 PM in the Thomas B. Griffin Memorial Chapel of Daniel’s Funeral Home with Rev. Bert Brooks officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 PM until 8 PM, at other hours the family may be contacted at the residence.

The family respectfully asked in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or to the campaign of whoever is running against President Barack Obama in 2012.

I like it.

Finally, I have found common ground with marksw. We both appreciate Melville, that prince of American novelists, whose works, those well known, are under-appreciated. The man wrote prose to die for!

Haha....Funny....I had the same picture and thought the same thing, but I was reminded of Khan in the movie Star Trek II, when Ricardo Montelbon (sp) used that line right before he tried to kill Captain Kirk....
"...for hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee...." I bet that old guy was a hoot to be around.
