"You don't have to be a perfect parent to adopt a child." According to Gov Ad on FOX NEWS Channel.

Well, "You don't have to be a perfect parent to be a biological parent."

There remains a 20 month old little boy still being denied a relationship with his biological father by Judge Sandlin.

I believe Judge Sandlin is a good man and TRIES to do the right thing but at the same time I think he puts to much faith in the GAL's he appoints and if the opposition does not have a credible expert witness he is likely to go along with whatever the GAL says.
With one crimnal case in his court involving a teen I am familier with I had to tell the GAL that she needed to get off her lazy tail and do her job. Didn't do any good though, the GAL just started yelling and acting like a baby. Guess she could not take criticisim very well.

Oh and I bet I can guess who it was. I've had the same experience!

Good luck to all of you!
Once I had an attorney friend tell me a story about attorneys and judges. The friend is now a circuit court judge in a nearby county.

He said as a young lawyer a judge in Chambers told him, "Attorneys are lazy and judges are lazier."

I can't say that is true for my friend that is now a judge. He helped me a many time for no or little money. I considered him an honorable man long before his judgeship.

These lazy attorneys and judges need to realize citizens are depending on them to PROPERLY DO THEIR JOB.

Is that too much to ask? I think not!
