While there are some things about Donald Trump that concern me I am so glad to see him and Ben Carson atop the polls and even more seeing candidates like Bush falling.  It's not that I detest Bush because I even think he would be a lot better than some that the Democrats have put forth.

What tickles me is stories like hit the news today where many Republican supporters are urging Romney to enter the 2016 race in large part due to the falling away of Jeb Bush.  Why I am so amused at this is just knowing all those "high priced" donors who have invested so heavily in anti-Trump candidates just knowing and hoping that when their candidate won they would have the influence that they just foreknew they would have.   With Trump they see that influence fading away and are in a panic that Trump may just garner enough votes to secure the Republican nomination.

The great hypocrisy, or one of them, within the Republican party are those who so strongly call for Trump to ultimately support the nominated Republican candidate whomever that may be and have utter disgust when he refuses to do so.  These very same Republicans are ones that would never  fully support a Trump Presidency even if Trump did secure the Republican nomination.   On one hand they want Trump to a pledge that they themselves wouldn't take if that Nominee was Trump.

Now sensing the demise of their Star Candidate, Mrs. Clinton, there are some Democrats seeking to have the Starbuck's CEO declare for the Democratic race in hopes of tapping into the anti-politician sentiment and also in seeking to find a better resonating candidate on the Democratic side.

I know there are some strong, never vote other than Democrat, folks on this forum just as there are Republicans that are the same but surely even the most avid Democrat supporter can see what a train wreck or totally criminal candidate Hillary Clinton is and I just can't see how anyone could justify voting this person into the highest office in the Nation.  She certainly is devious enough to be a leader or top politician but Nixon could only hope to approach the level of dishonesty and corruptness that she's perfected.

At least ole Jimmy Carter can die, if it is his time due to his bout with Cancer, to know that he's not going to be known as the worst President we've ever had or even the most inept and incompetent one.
