Taco Bell is actually pretty good. They really buy only the best ingredients for their food.

I've never figured out how they an make almost 1000 combinations of food off 7 ingredients.  And they change every month.

The $2.00 menu with an extra taco allows me to eat lunch for $3.29.  That's about all I really want to spend anyway.  And to think the taco sauce packets are actually free.

Taco "filling" -

Water, isolated oat product, salt, chili pepper, onion powder, tomato powder, oats (wheat), soy lecithin, sugar, spices, maltodextrin (a polysaccharide that is absorbed as glucose), soybean oil (anti-dusting agent), garlic powder, autolyzed yeast extract, citric acid, caramel color, cocoa powder, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), natural flavors, yeast, modified corn starch, natural smoke flavor, salt, sodium phosphate, less than 2% of beef broth, potassium phosphate, and potassium lactate.

If most people knew what was in the fast food they're eating, they probably be shocked. The sodium levels alone are so high it's ridiculous. Not just fast food either but all processed food. The more I learn, the less I want to eat it.

I think it would help if Hardee's would just hire some employees who would do their job.  Several times I've been to the one at Hwy 43 and they either screwed up my order or didn't care if I got waited on or not.  I won't go back there.  Now on the other hand, the old Hardees on Avalon in MS has great employees, they are friendly and I actually enjoy going there.

I have never been impressed with Hardee's at any location!

Their commercials really turn me off, don't see how they stay in business myself.
