I guess the question begs to be asked of where HKH/HH plans to go from here.  Despite the fact that ground could be broken in 6 weeks to begin the multi-million dollar project, I suspect they will wait till the last minute and file yet another appeal to the process.  What could be a boon for the local economy will likely continue to be fought in court for another year or so, only to come to the same conclusion.  The courts have never denied a CON decision, yet they can continue to tie up the much needed jobs and stimulus the area needs.

Hillary in 2016?  Why not?  We've already had one "girly man" serving in office for the past 7 years, we might as well give her chance as well!

I hear HK is laying off people in droves due to AHC working to prevent major illness rather than putting healthcare off until a situation reaches critical mass. Most, or a huge part of the lay-offs, were professional jobs such as nurse anesthetists and support personal. I can see MDs being more visible in the workplace rather than on the golf course. A result of AHC will be doctors having to hone skills and stay at work rather than at play in a competitive situation.

UnlceGus,

I too have no idea what QD is spouting today, nor how it has anything to do with the OP.  He is somewhat entertaining, although desperately confused.  Like yourself, I hope the construction stilus to the economy will trun things around.  This is the biggest single investment in the area in the last 50 years according to most in the know.

I post that on every post I make.  It is the truth, and makes no reference to any hospital, nor does it make reference to the health of the populace.  How you can even make an assinine statement like that, nor merge those two thoughts together is a study in aptitude in and of itself. Like I said, most of the things you infer to me I just let slide off my back, blaming it on your sense of humor and desire to pull the dragon's tail, but for the life of me I do not see how you are relating these two items, One has little to do with the other.

For the record, I have not picked up a set of golf clubs in 15 years, other than to move them from one storage area to another in the garage...haha.  What free time I have is spent on someplace other than the gold course, but to each his own.
