The following URL/Link provides reference to many early American documents and information regarding just how much Religion played a part in America's founding and not just any Religion but specifically Christianity.   Today is Taboo to even mention Christianity and the founding of America in the same sentence it seems but it can be eye opening to actually read many of the documents and letters from our Founding days and from those who helped found this Nation.

Contained within this section/web pages are many references to documents that I fear, Sadly, would be prohibited from being read in today's classrooms because the Politically Correct police would be clambering that it violates Separation of Church and State.   In essence it though what I feel it does is reveal just how far we have lost our direction and reveal just how little we actually do know about our own Nation's founding and those who came to our Nation before the national Government existed.

What is really eyeopening is to actually READ the various Constitutions that each state adopted for themselves knowing that this was before the actual Constitution of the United States which was to address everyone as a whole.  It's interesting to see what was important to each State and then to compare what they adopted for their State Constitutions to what the United States Constitution ended up being.  Also reading the individual letters that George Washington wrote to various religious congregations was also interesting, hearing what he had to say coming from the Nation's first President.

ONE THING GLARINGLY MISSING -  I don't know how many remember when Obama was making speeches and the many times he alluded to the contribution that Islam/Muslims made to the founding of America.  In all these documents I failed to find one mention of the Muslim religion or Islam however there was a great many references and statements regarding Christianity so if there are references to Muslims and/or the Religion of Islam I would appreciate if someone could send me the links.  I always realize that I could be mistaken so if so would love to have the corrections made so I can note that in my personal notes and information.

GB, you're asking  for what doesn't exist , and you didn't build a
life or future for you and yours, someone else did. Barry said
so many lies only the stupid/ignorant believe and still hold on
to and will die believing. Gullibleness is up and off the charts
as common sense is down and off the charts.

Obama will go down, as far as I'm concerned, as the greatest embarrassment for our Nation.  Just look at the way Trump is treated with respect to Obama and you can tell even the Muslim nations leaders know the difference.  Obama and the US was a laughing stock to them, and Kerry didn't help out one bit.

The sobering thing is to think there are, some, Americans out there that are perfectly willing to allow, and even encourage, illegals and non-Americans to vote, as long as and provided they are willing to vote for the, chosen, specific party and political philosophy.  Even if those who are voting care nothing about our Constitution or our capitalistic, Constitutional form of Government.  No more is there, or so it seems, concern about a common good, for the people, but rather there is only one political reality and that is liberalism and the Democratic Party.

Note how Conservative voices are squelched in today's educational community as free speech is no longer considered free but only if it's supportive of  and conforming to the liberal mindset and message.   Of prime concern, at least to me, is the overwhelming backing that liberals and the Democratic Party has from most of the Media outlets today.

Regardless of the fact that Trump was legally and legitimately elected, there is a overt concerted and organized effort, on behalf of the media and some very well funded persons, to delegitimize Trump's election or even work to oust President Trump by any means possible.  It, at times, seems as if there is a current battle underway for our Nation's very existence, as a democracy or representative Government, and at times it seems that some from within the President's own party are willing contributors and participants to the demise of the President if such can be accomplished, among them Senator McCain and Lindsey Graham to name a few with even Jeb Bush piling on every chance he's given.  All it seems from hurt political feelings and  a personal grudge rather than concern for the good of the Nation or it's citizens.

Other factors that I believe attest to what I'm asserting is the use of selected Judges and District Courts to challenge or stop anything that President Trump decides to do such as has happened in the 9th District courts putting a stop to some of Trump's executive orders regarding immigration.  Almost blazingly gloating over it and stating that if it were an Executive order by a President Hillary Clinton that it would have been considered legal or worse using for their justification for their ruling Trumps words spoken during the campaign rather than his actual actions as President.

I don't know that our nation is in a Constitutional crisis but I do think that we are in an unprecedented time where Trump is bolstered by his core supporters, some, few it seems at times, in Conservative Talk Radio and Conservative media, what little there is of it, and a favorable Stock Market which is starving for an economic recovery that seems right at hand with the potential of promised tax breaks and the repeal of Obamacare and other economic harmful regulations and restrictions from the Obama Administration era.  Obama and the Democrats, along with their supportive liberal media, even though they have lost most of their political power are very adept and great at finding ways to postpone and/or deter Trump from being able to implement the bulk of his promised policies and plans.  Not to neglect though that a lot of the blame and/or credit for the delays and failures, to date, being credited to the Republicans themselves and their inability to come together, as a group and work to make cohesive policy rather than seeking to cater to specific small subsections of the Republicans whether the most conservative group, moderates, or RINO's.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see how things play out but at least you have to give credit to the Democrats who without political power are able to keep Trump tied up with total speculation about the Russians as if something was there when there is absolutely no evidence at all to what's being alleged.  Those who are trying to keep something alive out of nothing are at least aided and benefit from a salivating liberal media whose thrown all resemblance of impartiality out the window and has willingly chosen to accept innuendo, rumor, and any wild accusation as fact when reporting.  How long this last is anyone's guess.
