I agree. Be careful when judging because you could always find yourself walking in the same shoes, hopefully with at least a pair of clean socks, but still.

No, really, there is constructive criticism and there is judging in complete ignorance of a situation. I think you can usually look at an issue objectively with all the facts and come to a decent conclusion. But, if you just mouth off without considering all sides of the issue (something I've been guilty of on more than one occasion), you usually end up looking foolish. If you want to learn from your mistakes as well as practice common human decency (& not be pig headed), you will hopefully see where you went wrong and not repeat those same mistakes.
