Anyone lost any fillings while attempting to negotiate the 'newly reworked' R/R crossing on Montgomery Avenue in Sheffield? Fifth-graders could have done a better job.....

Since we KNOW it is possible to make RR crossings smooth, I figure it is a plan to make traffic slower on that stretch of road. Fortunately, I am usually able to avoid that crossing.
Too bad the people who work with DOT or whoever designs our roads around here are so dumb they never heard of overpasses, underpasses, on ramps, or off ramps. All they know is stop lights.
