Guess that is what I was wondering= if you get caught. On another thread someone posted about how the place where they worked had a sign posted that all vehicles were subject to search. Was just curious as to who had the right to search?

If you post a sign on your property warning that if you trespass, you will be shot on sight! Would that be legal? Just saying if we had a stand your ground law; would anyone not following the terms of the signs be participating in risky behavior?

_______

A few years ago a cop told us if we put up a No Trespassing sign on our property, we had a right to defend as we saw fit if we felt there was a threat.

Maybe one of our forum law enforcement officers can tell us if that's still true.
