To All:

I tried and tried to post this within the thread I created, but got only a frustrating "error" message.  So here it is bold and public (sorry frog)

Hi Frog:

A pleasure to meet you!

I really believe that we human beings have much more in common than a lot of us might like to think.

And while I am a dedicated religionist, I feel that my understanding of the infinite is quite limited, so I try to refrain from saying that this or that is "so"... I sometimes compare my understanding of eternity to a cup of water taken from the ocean.  If the ocean represents all there is to learn throughout eternity, and my understanding represents one cup, who am I to feel superior to those who may only hold a thimble full?

Or, using the above analogy, who am I to feel small and petty against those who have drunk the fill of human existence in spirituality... and possibly consumed a couple of gallons.

In the big picture of eternity, what we "know" here is insignificant.  It is what we are trying to be that matters.

That is why I, at least hold much hope for seeing my unbelieving friends after our short stint on this world... I feel that our understanding of what God is so warped, is so immature, that only those who have truely rejected what God IS.... who have truely rejected Truth, rejected Beauth and rejected Goodness, will fail to survive death.

But that is just what I think.

I hope I'm not rude in rejecting what you think, I only wish I knew

what to think, but I'm still thinking.
