i bet not one person on these forums can name ONE republicon policy that ever helped one middle class person. ever.

Which explains why middle class blue collar voters in the Rust Belt States voted to put Trump in the white house and sanctuary city community members voted overwhelmingly for the loser.

Yep.

i noticed you had time to type a republicon talking point.. but not one republicon policy that ever helped one middle class person. don't feel bad... no other republicon will be able to , either.... they'll all have some ignorant comment to make, just like you,  but not one can name a republicon policy that ever benefited the middle class.

I didn't type any talking point.  I just typed the results.

That's what matters.

Can you do better?

Crash is right, in my memory, every piece of legislation or law that helped the working class was democrat introduced and backed.

36 years ago, the American working class elected Reagan.  Since that time, the Southern working class has never wavered from the Republican Party.  This year our brother blue collar workers in the Rust Belt States joined us and elected a Republican president.  So much for your and Crash's theory that politics alone buys workers votes.  Crash could not have done this, but JT you could.  Could have looked around you and saw how many of your co-workers were making the conservative transition.  We all did.  I'm betting you did and snubbed them. Or.  Or you are one of those names Crash likes calling folks who don't see it his way.

Which brings to mind another question since you and Crash have formed an alliance.  In what shape or form does Crash represent the middle class worker you claim to be?  You think Crash ever has or ever would hire a union worker like you with your benefits and backing?

How 'bout it Crash?  Being union, he might vote conservative against "all" you're doing for him.

Wouldn't that be fun . . . like the last election!

JT, though you dishonor middle class blue collar workers, you're better than Crash.

Your welcome.

Gifted, did you see Bests post?   Best, you didn't list the first americans killed in nam. I believe they were Major Dale Buis and Master Sargeant Chester Ovnand in 1959 at Bienhoa. Also, who got us in Iraq?

Wrong on the first American killed in Vietnam; try 1945:

and not one reply, yet, with a policy created by the republicons that helps the middle class. funny, i can get all the snarky comments and insults, but not one post with an answer.

You're top queen of the hop for lies, snarky comments and insults.
Why would anyone suggest a reply to you when won't recognize
the previous replies. Trump has done more already than has been
accomplished in the last twenty four years for the middle class, at
least he doesn't hate they as obarry did, who outright was taking
them down.

BTW, for you who don't remember, Reagan killed construction. Reagans massive tax cut to the top percent, which led to blue collar wage stagnation and double digit CEO wage increases, caused him to get congress to approve a bill so that he could raid the SS fund to the tune of 2.7 trillion. No Bud blue collar was not what elected him.

Best, tell me what I'm full of about Reagan.  As for Reagans message, it showed that he was just as rude as Trump.

Rude? Oh please! How about  hilliary's rudeness to everyone,  and name calling when she was talking about voters that didn't support her? How about all of obama's and his sasquatch wife's rudeness? What's rude about telling a big mouth jerk that wants to interrupt a person's right to free speech, and others' right to listen, to shut up? You're full of it about Reagan and construction, and the people that voted for him.

JT,  we've discussed this before.  I proved you were in error.

Once more:

construction 1980 to 1988

Clearly, the number of construction worker, nationwide, increased significantly, as Reagan's policies dug the US out of a global recession.   My source, the Bureau of Labor Statics, Department of Labor.

Next thing, you'll be stating the minimum wage was founded as a living wage.

Seriously, JT, I'd suggest you visit your physician and ask for a dementia test.

Expect the majority of what few remaining middle class blue collar Democrats to vote for Trump next election.

There will always be some Democrats who'll vote for liars and against jobs.

Crash, twisting words just isn't your game.

Let me help you.  If you are claiming the Democrat labor policies pre - Kennedy represent the Democrat party today, then you are inheriting all the civil rights violations for which they were known.  The Democrats even had Klan in the US Senate.  Your so-called middle class of that era was restricted in membership.

Your Democrat party of today is a far cry from being representative of the blue collar middle class as the previous election proves.  Democrat policies regarding middle class blue collar workers over the last 8 years must have been hell in those Rust Belt States.

Nothing you can twist is going to change that.

Dire, you can keep posting any misleading chart that you want to post. I'm a construction worker that lived and like to have starved under Reagan. My brother and nephew were engineers and worked for NASA doing starwars stuff and made out real good. Construction workers suffered.

JT wants the government to do almost everything for him.  But, doesn't trust its statistics, amusing somewhat.  The Shoals area was in bad shape at that time, but the rest of the nation prospered.  JT can't see beyond northwest Alabama despite that he lives in Tennessee.  Wonder of all his exs live in Texas?

poor dire.. he's like an engineer... they can show you the plans on how to do a job... but, they can't do the job.

jt is telling you from experience.. your answer is 'no, jt, the chart says you're wrong. you better change your memory.' then dire tries to twist jt's words into 'you want the government to do everything for you'... typical rt. wing BS. the party that doesn't want regulations.. wants to regulate morality, your internet, sensor your media... and have the nerve to make the topic 'liberals hate free speech'. hypocrisy at its pinnacle is republicon policy.

me thinks they doth project too much.

Dire, the southeast, northeast and midwest suffered under Reagan. I don't know about the mountain and pacific areas.  And where do you get the notion that I want the government to do stuff for me?

How did they suffer?

By having to listen to the Democrats whine for 8 years.

My Dad was a blue collar worker at a paper mill in the southeast, the former Democrat bastion.  He and several of his senior co-workers got rif'd during the Carter administration.  Afterwards he became a Southern Republican under Reagan much like your blue collar workers in the Rust Belt States have become under Trump.

What's your story?
