In some San Antonio TX schools the students openly snort coke or smoke meth; in the classrooms. Why are they not reported by the teachers is because in order to keep receiving funds they have to have a low incidence report of violations. A little dope and a little fight or two is not a big problem. Keeps the numbers down and the money flowing. Sorry, but it goes on here in schools and communities.

EXACTLY! Whenever new businesses look to move into an area, one of the things they check out are the area schools. No business wants to hear that the local schools have drug/gang problems so all the reports of such activity are 'buried'. Anyone that DOESN'T believe that happens is living in LaLaland.
