I can understand Roy Moore feeling that he should have won given the votes he got plus the write in votes meaning that the total opposition votes to Doug Jones exceeded the total votes that Jones actually got but elections don't work that way.   Doug Jones defeated Roy Moore in a fair election and although Roy Moore was tainted by the allegations, whether true or not, he denials and fighting them wasn't sufficient enough to turn enough voter's minds or give them enough suspicion and doubt that the accusations were false.

Being the outspoken Christian (representative) that Roy Moore is he should also realize that the way he now approaches losing is going to reflect on his testimony and witness just as everything else he has done has.  He should be honorable in defeat and just acknowledge that he lost but this appears to be something he is having a difficult time doing.

If somehow that threshold of candidate's vote percentages falls within that which triggers a recount then so be it and I can understand his holding on but with 100% of the vote in it appears that the threshold is not going to be met so if he wants a recount then he will and should have to pay for it.  Otherwise it's time to get on with government and the will of the majority.

It doesn't matter if he concedes or not, it's no threat to Alabama
as a red state. In a real election everything will go back to normal.
It very well could be a good thing for all concerned on both sides.
There are more important ball games than this circus election
coming up... Now, I don't want to hear anymore about it..

Would that be the normal of the past 25 years or the normal of the 100+ years before that?

Second, the longer he takes to concede, the crazier he makes Alabama Republicans look.

NO,,,, He doesn't, you're putting too much in the importance
of a Moore concession speech, who really cares.
Everyone knows Soros came in and dished money for votes,
