I subscribed to the Times Daily for years and always enjoyed the paper.  Then we began to not get the paper delivered.  We would call and a courier would bring one out.  After repeatedly having to call, I just dropped the paper.  On September 5th, I decided to try the Times Daily again.  The lady was very happy to take my credit card payment and said my paper would arrive around 7 am the next morning.  Made my coffee and walked to the box - guess what??>>? No paper.  Called Times Daily - so sorry. A courier would bring my paper.  Next day - guess what?  Same scenario.  Today we were out of town and just got in around 6 pm.  I was looking forward to reading the paper in the swing when I got home.  Guess what?  NO PAPER.  CALLED TIMES DAILY OFFICE.  CLOSED!!! I WILL BE DROPPING THE TIMES DAILY TOMORROW.   SO SAD TO NOT HAVE A LOCAL NEWSPAPER YOU CAN DEPEND ON....

Sorry about your trouble.  I have been a subscriber for about 34 years and very seldom have any of the several couriers serving my area missed delivering my paper.  In those very few cases, I called the circulation department and they promptly dispatched someone to deliver the paper in short order.

 

It seems to me that your primary problem is an irresponsible, careless courier.  You should put your complaint in writing and send it to the publisher, Darrell Sandlin.

Update: Two days in a row missed again. I watched the paper man drive by our mail box that has a slot for the newspaper this morning. Paid for a year but have requested my money back because missing 4 days out of 13 is not acceptable. Two were on Sundays the most expensive day. This is the exact reason we stopped the paper 7 years ago, ENOUGH CHANCES for repeat offender.
