The way that several of these Polls have been worded, it's
little wonder why some people quit left leaning publications.
It does make it hard on the business because the left doesn't
read current events and other non fiction happenings that are
note worthy for common knowledge especially for who is a
good choice for your vote.

How to you feel about Donald Trump’s suggestion that he might not defend America’s NATO partners as president?

I'm afraid that Donald Trump might be right in his position in protecting the world at the US's expense and we may not have any other choice in the matter. I believe there is a saying in the UK that "the National Health Services ate the Royal Navy" and I'm afraid that the Social Security and Medicare costs for boomers and beyond are going to do the same to the defense budget. If we continue the present spending for the welfare system, the Army might be two guys with peashooters.

People forget that before 911, the job the second Bush gave Secretary of  Defense Rumsfeld was to reorganize the military into a lean'n'mean fighting machine before any draconian cuts were forced on the military to save as much capacity as possible. With the added costs of servicing the National Debt that ballooned under O'butta if the economy strengthens and interest rates increase, the military might have to give up both peashooters.
