, tosses dirty diaper into the parking lot, woman says to her, nicely I might add, not sure why we're so polite to people like her just because they're 'foreigners', that fear of being labeled racists I guess- "mam, don't leave that there, please pick that up and take it with you." The answer? "gobble goop and yap yap yap, me no speak the English", and trying to ignore the woman while she loads fresh butt baby in the carseat. Yeah right they don't speak English. How much English do you need to know when someone is pointing at a dirty diaper you just tossed into a parking lot? The woman called the cops and LOUDLY gave them the car description and tag number and told them what the no speak the English woman had done, and she quickly made her daughter, around 10 years old, jump out and pick up the diaper. So apparently the redneck Asians can speak the English when they need to speak it.
