Okay, okay... it'a bad pun.

But, you gotta' admit... it was punny!

Seriously though, few folks talk about how the late Paul "Bear" Bryant was able to win so many games.

It's because he had FOUR teams!

Yep, four. Count 'em... one, two, three, four.

Four.

He had enough players to manage four full teams!

No kidding!

With today's more strict SEC requirements, Alabama's "Glory Daze" (yeah, I know it's mispelled) are over.

Yes, OVER!

Over and out, baby!

It's crying time, and time for the losers and the boozers to cry a river (perhaps the Alabama River), a tear in their beer ('cause they're crying for you dear... you [Bear] are on their lonely mind), and otherwise sing the bluz, 'cause ol' Bar ain't gwineta be like the LORD Jesus and resurrect himself, and take the Tide to the glory land!

Nope, not at all.

The Tide's washed out, folks.

T-town's airing of their dirty laundry is just under the noses of those loyal to the pontificating pachyderms.

Anyone have any ideas about a fresh smelling laundering agent?

What should it be called?

New and improved Low TIDE?

Until the day when the "rammer, jammer, Bammer hammers" figure out that a new day has dawned, they'll continue to lose to weak teams, and even worse... to Auburn!

It's FIVE AND COUNTING!

And, 'Bama's NEVER won on their own home turf against Auburn. You KNOW that's gotta make 'em sick!

War Eagle, baby!

Apparently, Tuscaloosa is the most appealing place in the South. I know you guys sure can't seem to get it off your minds, bless your hearts. I've never heard a bunch of Auburn fans go on so long about us. Just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside to know your team is worthy of that much attention. Big Grin

No, bammer is fun to laugh at right now. Again, they find themselves in disarray....see www.espn.com; www.paulfinebaum.com; www.foxsports.com; www.yahoo.com; www.al.com Go to any of those links and you will find stories and articles that show how low the tide really is....mostly at their expense.

I thank God Auburn (my alma mater) has cleaned house and the only news and complaints we have are about the B.S. football bowl system; and complaining about going 10-2 (which is better than going 6-6 any day of the week; soon to be 6-7 after bammer attends the Poulan-Weedeater bowl...WHIR WHIR..).
"...bammer attends the Poulan-Weedeater bowl..."

I thought they'd (Alabama) already attended (and lost) the Iron Bowl (for them, the Toilet Bowl)!

If Alabama gets invited to a a bowl game, we'll know the end of the world as we know it will soon be (or indeed may be already) upon us!

LORD, have mercy... Christ, have mercy! (upon Alabama and their faithful fans who longingly await thy Bear's salvation) **snicker**
