I could be wrong but the point as I got it, they said for their "safety". In other words being stopped, questioned, and maybe even arrested is a question of "safety" to them? I wouldn't even go to their ****hole countries in the first place, but the difference is, if you put yourself out as an American in those places you face a chance of being killed. Not detained, not questioned, not arrested, killed. But then again, seeing as how foreigners have set up their "vipers nests" all over, there are places in our own country we can't go and be safe.
