Good article, 5 and 7 are my favorites. I would maybe change one thing about #5. It's not that they believe it makes them good people, it's that they think it will make others think that.  They know it's not true, others know it's just for show, but to further their agendas they all go, "look how caring we all are".  It's a weird façade they use.

5)  Liberals believe merely being liberal makes them good people. Liberals who’re obsessed with money think they’re compassionate because  they give away other people’s tax dollars. They believe they care more  about the earth than other people, even as they fly around in private  jets, because they babble on about global warming. They can be dumb as a  rock, but believe they’re smarter than most other people because  they’re liberals. In other words, in the minds of most liberals,  liberalism is an all-purpose substitute for actual virtue instead of  just another political philosophy.

7) Liberals have minimal interest in whether the programs they  support work or not. To most liberals, whether a government program  betters people’s lives is completely irrelevant to whether they’ll  support it. A program that doesn’t work and costs billions, but sounds  compassionate and helps Democrats politically is a huge success in the  eyes of the Left. Once you understand that liberals think this way,  their baffling support for programs that make no “common sense” is much  easier to understand.

What a load of stereotypical blithering.

Especially inane is the contention that "Liberals believe merely being liberal makes them good people."  Has there ever been a time in American political history like the current era,  when CONSERVATIVES so ardently identify themselves with all that is good and holy and patriotic while condemning liberals as something pretty closely akin to the spawn of Satan?  The wingers have got it all backwards with this silly-ass No. 5, but are too dense to realize it.

Compared to the liberal ideology, conservatives are downright angelic.

Delusion alert!  Progressive in full, "I'm speaking for God, himself!"  When, they go into this mode, fanaticism usually follows.  Unless, he's speaking for Al Gore, although Al recently slimmed down.. In which case, its just another pair of shysters after your money.
