Just curious... What browser are you using? I use Chrome but I've noticed the comments do not show up anymore for me unless I go back using IE. Then they all magically appear. It's been happening about a week now maybe a few days more.

The TimesDaily rarely removes comments from stories. In my estimation, we have done it three times since moving to Facebook commenting last November.
However, Facebook does monitor the comments and Facebook users can also report them as SPAM, Abusive, etc. In these cases, you would not see them.
You may be seeing Facebook monitoring or comments reported as SPAM.
