Video of President Obama vs House Republicans.

Yesterday, the President stood in front of a gathering of House Republicans and took questions for more than an hour, urging them to put aside partisanship and work together for the good of the country. MSNBC described it as going straight into "the lion's den."

He was inspiring.

We've highlighted some of the key moments and trust me, it's worth checking out.

like the dems did on health care?

No, much more like the republicans did with wall street and the banks and tax breaks for only one group of people known as the very rich. Obama is saying, democrats and the republicans need to work together for all the people.

Why do you only associate Republicans with Wall Street? Dodd and Frank were two of the main policy makers regarding banking and Geittner, Obama's right hand man, is running the show. Both parties and intertwined with the bankers.

Your tax break comment is also an outright lie. Please show me the tax rates for every bracket before Bush's tax cuts and after. I know you won't. It's obvious simple math and economics escaped you a long time ago.
Why do you insist on harping on tax cuts for the rich only? There were tax cuts across the boards. LOOK at the tax tables from 1998, and tax tables from 2007. You will see across the board tax cuts. According to all the left leaning reporters it would seem that W. raised taxes on the poor and middle class to give a tax break to the rich. If you will wash your face from following the dimwit party, you can see the tax tables.
