My wife, and I, just finished watching "War Room" Video which is put out by the Kendrick brothers. They have made many movies and although they are not Hollywood producers or directors and use ordinary folks rather than A List actors and actresses they really did a tremendous job.
We watch quite a few movies and frankly you would never know that these brothers were not straight out of Hollywood except for the theme and topics of their movies. The Movie, as with their other theme related movies, was first rate and very good and has grossed over 42 million in the movie's first week.
It should serve as a notice to Hollywood that America does enjoy clean, and morally significant films and they can be profitable. Unfortunately though even when Hollywood decides to do a film with some religious content it is usually so skewed and colored that there is a tainted form of the truth in it. Also today it seems that Hollywood tends to go the totally opposite direction in films and in their minds the more profane the better.
Congratulations to the Kendrick brothers who have produced a successful and profitable film using actors who are or were not actors and ended up with a great movie.
