These laywers are really getting tough, I know of one who asks for all email contact for 2 years in a diviorce case. It is not too smart to do anything on a computer that could hurt you. Example.....the floppy disk that Dennis Raider (BTK) sent to police. Got him caught after 20 some years. I dont know much about myspace, but if it is free........there is a reason.
Accountability... that's one missing factor in this equation.

Some folks want the autonomy to do as they please, the "have your cake and eat it too" syndrome.

There are consequences for actions. Some are good, others are downright painful. And, some folks are continuously learning that lesson the hard way.

The "school of hard knocks" is a teacher, alright, but it's not the best one. Listen, watch and learn continue to be the better ones.

The Internet, because of its anonymous nature, can be a veritable devil's playground for the criminally minded. However, for those whom have innocent minds, that is, those whom have no criminal intent, it can also be a blessing.

How we treat this ubiquitous, amoral item, can determine what happens to us.
