They were for the Hebrews to live by before Christ came and changed them. We only have two commandments go look up Matthew chapter 22 verses 37-40. And not any of them tells us what day we have to set aside as the last day or the first day or any other day as the Sabbath. Oh by the way in the old commandments there is no mention of polygamy, want to read all 613 of them www.jewfaq.org/613.htm

Yes, I will love my neighbor, but especially his wife.
So now we know, Jesus was a fictional character and the whole bible is
a liberal joke. I wish I knew about the time of my sixth birthday......

We are to live by FAITH !.
Matthew 19: 16-19
16 Now someone approached him and said, "Teacher, what good must
I do to gain eternal life?"
17 He answered him, "Why do you ask me about the good? There is only
One who is good. If you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments."
18 He asked him, "Which ones?" And Jesus replied, " 'You shall not kill;
you shall not commit adultery; you shall not steal; you shall not bear false witness;
19 honor your father and your mother'; and 'you shall love your neighbor
as yourself.'"
