Wonder if it is really a new owner or you go in and its same guy and he grew a moustache and sayin "nah that was my cousin that had it before"
Kinda like these furniture stores that every few months are "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS FOREVER"
They are a bit bigger and I love all the different flavors you can choose from. I like the place.
Where is Wing Shack?
I stopped by a couple of days ago.
Good things:
The wings were slightly bigger..and I mean slightly
The wings were cooked to order.
The fries were cooked to order.
The Bad things:
The lady cooking was clearly overwhelmed with 5 orders and the phone ringing.
It took 27 minutes to get all but 1 of my wings. Then she held up my entire order waiting for 1 wing to cook. It sat there and got cold.
The wings were overcooked as were the fries because she couldn't get off the phone and run the credit card machine at the same time for the poor UNA students who where in a hurry, but it took them about 25 minutes to get their order too. I heard them say how they will never ever be back.
She asked if it was for here or to GO, i said for here yet she still wrapped it up in a to go box and bagged it and put it in front of me. I had to disassemble and ate out of the box. Paid for a drink and was not ever offered a refill.
I ordered the 9 piece wings and got 7 wing tips and 2 drums.
The lady made sure she moved the tip jar right in front of me. It was a Styrofoam cup that she wrote on that said "tips"
Was never offered a refill on my sweet tea.
No seasoning, salt or anything on my fries, just really dark brown crunchy grease strips.
They are still doing that lame piece of unbuttered piece of bread thing shoved in the box thing too
If you want your meal before your lunch hour runs out, avoid this place!!
The seasonings are the same as the old place.
The price is a rip off. $7.29 or so for 9 pathetic pieces of crap and awful service.
