When Trump requested the Russians look for Hillary's emails, her server was offline and in FBI custody. It was common knowledge from Guccifer, the Romanian farmer, who originally hacker her, not the Russian Guccifer 2.0, that several nations hacked her server. Trump was simply asking the Russians to look thru what they had already taken.
The only major American who contributed to the Russian hacking was John Podesta who gave them his password (Passw0rd) via a spear phishing hack. Fortunately for Democrats being stupid isn't a criminal offence.
Obama knew and asked Mitch McConnell and the Republicans for a joint statement so as to not see like a partisan effort. Mitch refused. Now, Lairstraights blames Obama for the Republicans failure to acknowledge the attack. Fortunately, treason is a criminal offense.
I'd love to see evidence of your statement as everything I have ever heard or seen with regards to Obama, and Congress was of the nature that Obama cared little to none what Congress did or would do and so Obama rode roughshod over Congress all the time with his executive orders. Obama even bragged he had a phone and a pen meaning he didn't need Congress at all.
