No, foolish is targeting one group when many groups use the same law to their advantage. If you want to stop one, you must stop all.
I am not saying change it for just Mexicans it should be the law for everyone. In the past it was not abused to the extent it is currently being abused nor could you get welfare payments etc. to the extent you can now. Why should the taxpayers carry the burden for Mexico or any other country? Part of the reason we have immigration laws are to prevent the U.S. from being overwhelmed by a poverty class from another country and over 15 million is a invasion.
