Trump is telling two people, people that Trump claims to not even know, to 'get rid of' an Ambassador. Neither of the two people, Parnas or Fruman, have the power to fire the Ambassador.

Republicans reply, the POTUS can fire some people and more whining about 'corrupt Democrats' and 'the Media'.
