Alabama Drivers 15th Best in Nation

Below is a link to the GMAC annual drivers' test. According to data from this test, 33 million drivers in the US shouldn't be behind the wheel. Alabama, surprisingly, was the 15th best.

I scored 90% and will confess that I had no idea what the two questions I missed were talking about...
