Just wondering-can employers fire people who get DUIs or beat their wives? How about being charged with other offenses? We never see, So and So Company has employee arrested second time for driving under the influence. Such and Such Company has employee arrested for domestic violence. This and That Corp fires employee after their second drug arrest.
