Gosh...Princeton's was sooooooooo good.

Supposedly the chicken tender recipe (batter) is the same as Princeton's was.  Reason being is that the owners of Sam's Grille also was owner's of Princetons, or at least that's what I've been told.

Two of the best chicken tender places no longer exist as they did, those being Court Street Cafe and Princetons but they say that Sam's Grille uses the recipe from Princetons and Ricatonis uses the same recipe as Court Street Cafe.  For my part I still think that the originals were the best.

I'll have to go check them out if it's the one that owned Princeton.

Sam's Grille is the restaurant owned by the former owner of Princetons whereas Rick (of Ricatonis and City Hardware) was 1/2 of the partnership that ran and owned Court Street Cafe located in the building that now contains Legends Steakhouse.
