Are atheists partly responsible for the muslin problem?

I think the answer must be a resounding yes they are.

They have negated the strength of otherwise strong and close-knit fabric historically used to ward off an on-sought of unpleasant attacks against humanity.

When a group purposely thins out an otherwise protection against situations that can result in death to the innocent we need to gather strength of numbers against the problem.
