Podesta's email could have been easily hacked even by you, he or one of his staff fell for an easily recognized phishing scam and his password was reported as being "Password". I don't doubt that the last IP address was a Russian one, Russia has several dark web proxy servers that can be addressed by anyone from anywhere. If the Russians did it, they would be wanting us to know they did it; otherwise they would have used a proxy server in another country.
