But I grew up around the corner from Wright's, and their BBQ was good, and since they "press" their sandwiches almost like a grilled cheese, their BBQ sandwiches are the only ones I have ever had anywhere that I could eat will riding in a car and not make a mess! Heck, I don't even like to eat a hamburger in car normally.

Eating in a car does not come naturally to most folks. To do it right, and neatly, requires considerable practice.
I once ate a half rack of Dreamland ribs while driving from Birmingham to Montgomery on Interstate 65 without getting any food on me or any part of the car--or rear-ending a school bus. I have eaten a foot-long Subway meatball marinara sub while driving, with the same outcome. It just takes some practice and good manual dexterity. With age and experience. true talent comes out!
