not trying to be an expert but i will give my opinion on your question of hot dogs. Having lived in northern Il fo 45 years, i have to say that (the chicago hot dog); is the best. I t does have to be Vienna brand hot dogs and use poppy seed buns with all the trimmings in cluding celery salt. Mug. Com serves a pretty close to original chicago dog. Having said that; i will add that Sparky's slaw dogs are hard to beat.
