Here is the thing about his using a teleprompter or needing one. It wasn't a speech but rather was an interview question which lets you know that either his campaign had previously given the acceptable questions to the interviewer or his campaign received a list of the questions that were going to ask and had prepared arranged replies for Biden to read. Either way, this guy is a puppet at best and totally incompetent at worst. Either way for this to be the best the Democrats can throw up speaks volumes.
They may well engineer a victory with all their sycophants, in the media, helping them as best they can by laying off reporting on Biden or asking relevant and pressing questions and by steering reporting about Trump to always be highly negative. Politics has surely sunk to the lowest it has ever gone in attempts to defeat Trump. The only thing worse than what the Democrat party, and the media, are doing are the Republicans and conservatives that are never Trumpers jumping on the bandwagon and piling on.
