A very interesting observation, not accurate but interesting. As most of us will recall it was William Jefferson Clinton who signed NAFTA into law. You, of course, may prefer your version if it fits your agenda. We all have a right to be wrong but not about the facts. I do not care who is in office or what their party affiliation is. Anyone who would spend hundreds of millions of dollars for a $200,000 a year job is not an honest person, maybe an idiot, or maybe both. You decide....quarrles
