Yep,Bush 41 introduce NAFTA,could not get it passed.Then the far right winger republicans who was in control of the house press Clinton to sign it into law. For Clinton to get any of his bills passed by the republicans he had to go along with the republicans on NAFTA.NAFTA was a Bush thing!
