No, I don't see this as a hate crime, but this is clearly "police brutality" and as usual, they lied in the report to try an cover their behinds. This is the kind of thing that I protest on here all the time. Outrageous, when will this madness stop? This type of behavior by police officers is happening all over the country, NO ONE IS SAFE. Wake up people, we must protest these type of actions and must demand that officers who act like this are prosecuted and sentenced the max!!!!
