NOT dramatic at all, go to youtube and search police brutality, there are hundreds of video's from all over the country, I'm not saying all cops are bad, but the ones that are make it that much harder for the guys doing a great job. It's just unaccceptable, like sassy kims said "everyone deserves their day in court" and shouldn't have to get the crap beat out of them { an assumption of guilty rather that innocence ) before that day.
