Reply to "cell phones"

At Walmart in Florence yesterday, I had the unfortunate experience of having to wait behind the same bimbo at the money center and again in the checkout line who was too busy talking on her cell phone to conduct her business once she got to the counters. I resented having to wait for her to decide to pay attention as she held up the lines. If I were in a customer service position and this happened to me, I'd simply ask them to hang up or go to the end of the line. Let them complain about me, I don't care.
