Simple question. Like I said, no rants, just a simple yes or no to a simple question.

By this logic, all taxes are robbery. So let's just run a government with no taxes, whatsoever. We shall see how that works out. If it weren't for government funded programs we would not have: the internet, computers, RADAR, Planes, cell phones, nylon, kevlar, pyrex, teflon, CAT scans, GPS, digital cameras, and I could go on. So yeah, I would say that money spent on research, development, and education is money well spent.
